I want you to love your order, and I pack everything with care. However, sometimes things happen during shipping. Here's how I handle returns and refunds:
I only accept returns or give refunds if your item arrived damaged during shipping, or you got the wrong item by mistake.
If that’s the case, contact me within 7 days of getting your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A short note explaining what went wrong

I will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days. I can offer a refund or a replacement based on what works best for you and what I have available.
Please note that I don’t offer returns or refunds for issues such as changing your mind or delivery delays beyond my control. All sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
